Job Description
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance efficiency.
Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
Provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding period.
Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Onboarding Manager Should Have
Degree holder with minimum 3 years of KYC/AML onboarding experience
