Job Overview:

As the lead of middle and back-office operations for our brokerage business, you will oversee a critical function that drives efficiency and compliance.

This role requires in-depth operational expertise, a solid understanding of brokerage processes, and the ability to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external clients, and counterparties to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management and optimal operational performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing multiple stakeholders and workflows.

Experience working in fast-paced environments, navigating conflicting priorities, and resolving complex issues is highly desirable.

A background in financial services, operations management, or a related field would be advantageous.
