We are seeking an experienced Payment Product Implementation Manager to lead our global technical onboarding projects.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to drive the implementation of treasury solutions and shape the future of financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the client experience, ensuring a seamless and successful end-to-end client Treasury Services implementation experience.

The role involves leading global technical onboarding projects, providing consultative advice, and managing expectations to achieve client excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of applying project management methodology to develop an implementation plan and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for technical onboarding and implementation
  • Act as client advocate by conceptualizing Account Payable/Account Receivable and treasury practices
  • Provide consultative advice regarding the technical aspects of treasury solutions
  • Deliver Host-to-Host, and/or Access Online and/or API Implementations for Commercial Banking clients
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations with client-centricity in mind
  • Use project management tools to drive successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Mathematic, Information Systems, Economics, or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of work experience in implementation, and/or technical support, and/or product roles, with client-facing experience
  • Proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop an implementation plan and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment
  • Demonstrate strong ownership instincts of projects, initiatives, issues, or problems
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of project-related experience within Cash Management in piloting process enhancements, and/or new products, and/or team initiatives
  • Prior experience within the Financial Services industry supporting China, Hong Kong, and/or Taiwan markets
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage to communicate with clients in the Greater China region
  • Knowledge and experience with either (or both) ISO 20022 or EDI message formats used in the Cash Management or Treasury Services industry
  • Strong understanding of Information Systems networking and security protocols
