The role of an HR Service Excellence Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services.

This position involves meticulous tracking and analysis of service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, and success outcomes to guarantee the highest standards of HR service delivery.

Reporting directly to the HR Service Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking SLAs to ensure that all HR service delivery metrics for the assigned region meet or exceed established benchmarks.

You will conduct a detailed examination of HR service performance workflows specific to the region, providing regular reports to the HR SSC Supervisor.

In addition, you will perform systematic audits of user profiles within the region to maintain data integrity and compliance within HR systems.

Your key responsibility will be to adjust and recommend updates to system configurations as needed to optimize HR service delivery and user experience across the region.

Collaboration with the HR Service Center Supervisor to identify regional areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancement initiatives will be essential.

You will also support the implementation of new HR service delivery processes and systems within the region, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to end users.

As a liaison between HR and IT departments, you will resolve any workflow or technical issues affecting service quality in the designated region.

To excel in this role, you will require at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or similar positions.

A solid understanding of HR operations and shared services, along with the ability to apply this knowledge to service excellence initiatives, is highly beneficial.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in tracking and reporting on service metrics are crucial for this position.

Experience in conducting audits to maintain and monitor HR data integrity and system compliance is preferred.

Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies will also be advantageous.
