HR Service Excellence Specialist Job Description

The role of the HR Service Excellence Specialist is pivotal in ensuring top-notch HR service delivery across various regions.

Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee that HR service delivery metrics meet or exceed established standards within assigned regions.

A key aspect of this position involves conducting thorough analysis of HR service performance workflows specific to each region, with regular reporting to the HR Service Center Supervisor.

This role also entails performing systematic audits of user profiles within the designated regions to maintain data integrity and adherence to HR systems compliance.

The specialist will be responsible for adjusting system configurations as needed to optimize HR service delivery and user experience throughout the region.

Collaboration with the HR Service Center Supervisor is essential in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to service enhancement initiatives.

This position requires supporting the implementation of new HR service delivery processes and systems within the designated region, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to end-users.

Additionally, the specialist will serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments to resolve any workflow or technical issues affecting service quality in the designated region.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or similar positions.

Proficiency in HCM and service management platforms, software, and applications is mandatory.

A solid understanding of HR operations and shared services, along with the ability to apply this knowledge to service excellence initiatives, is beneficial.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tracking and reporting on service metrics are crucial for this role.

Experience in conducting audits to maintain and monitor HR data integrity and system compliance is preferred.

Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies is advantageous.
