Private Equity Fund Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients.
  • Prepare pricing of portfolios observing applicable fund documents and valuation policies.
  • Prepare capital call, distribution calculation and allocation.
  • Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fee and waterfall.
  • Prepare Investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly.
  • Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in service level agreements.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients ensuring all deliverables and requests are met.
Qualifications
  • Relevant years of experience within progressive accounting/audit/fund administration experience in private equity and real estate.
  • Strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office products particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP.
  • Experience with accounting software: Investran and Geneva would be an advantage.
