Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Media Rights Coordinator to support the Director of Broadcast in managing, executing, and optimizing global media rights strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful distribution and monetization of our broadcast assets.

">Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between us and broadcast partners to ensure timely delivery of content and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, marketing, legal) to support partner needs and resolve issues.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Track and compile broadcast performance data, including viewership, reach, and compliance with rights usage.
  • Support the preparation of post-event reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Media, Communications, Sports Management, or Marketing.
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in sports broadcasting, media rights coordination, or event-based media operations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing contractual obligations and partner deliverables.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of media rights principles and the sports broadcast landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking data and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work during live event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Benefits

Our ideal candidate will have passion for sports and media content, with an interest in table tennis or other international sports. Experience working with media rights agencies or broadcasters is also desirable. Knowledge of media delivery systems and basic broadcast workflows is a plus.
