About the Company
Guangdong Import & Export PTE LTD is a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, established in 1987. We supply quality food to local retail shops and the F&B industry, dealing with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings, and various food products.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $2500 - $2800 per month, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) and alternate Saturdays (8am – 2pm).
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Answering product and service inquiries
- Processing orders, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely, effective, and efficient service to customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior working experience in a call center environment is welcomed
Additional Skills and Qualifications
You should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as strong administration, data entry, and customer service skills. Being a team player with good communication skills is also essential.
