We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales administration and office operations, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with others, and demonstrate adaptability and teamwork skills. They will also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily sales administration and office operations;
- Handling sales enquiries and online sales in a fast-paced environment;
- Participating in packing goods for online sales and samples to customers;
- Coordinating daily delivery operations to and from customers;
- Monitoring and managing customers' feedback and complaints;
- Following up on sales payments from customers;
- Performing data entry tasks, including DOs, invoices, and price list updates;
- Maintaining orderly filing and documentation;
- Assisting with additional duties or tasks assigned by management.
