As a key player in operational excellence, this role will have a significant impact on the company's daily operations.
Job Description:- This is a critical support position responsible for identifying and upholding core values of safety, integrity, conservation, ownership, ethics, and professionalism.
- The successful candidate will be accountable for collating and organizing timely and accurate logistics reports for directors and management as required.
- Effective communication skills are essential in this role, as you will actively disseminate company policies, directives, and communiques to staff, agents, and affiliated parties.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage records of goods received with precision and attention to detail.
- Regular stock takes will help identify non-conformances, and corrective actions will be implemented accordingly.
- Provide administrative support for land delivery, collection activities, shipping documentation, and waste disposal.
- Plan and schedule drivers for optimal time management and efficiency.
- Enforce operational and safety policies among the workforce on site.
- Perform loading and unloading tasks as required.
- Prepare and maintain records of goods during loading and unloading.
- Other duties may be assigned by senior management.
