Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at ML Consulting Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing payroll duties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the individual to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. The ideal candidate should have a minimum O Level qualification and experience in payroll would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform payroll duties for employees, including compiling timesheets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sort and file documents, and maintain office supplies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum O Level qualification.
  • Experience in payroll, preferably in an administrative support role.
  • Hardworking and proactive attitude.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 25,000 - SGD 35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
