Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Competency Requirements:
  • Data Warehousing Operation Management: Oversee and manage data warehouse environments to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Tableau Server Administration: Manage Tableau servers, including user access and server health monitoring.
  • SharePoint Management: Administer SharePoint applications and environments with assigned responsibilities.
  • Web Services (IIS) Management: Maintain and troubleshoot Internet Information Services (IIS) to ensure reliable web service operations.
  • Content Management System (CMS) Knowledge: Possess operational knowledge of website content management systems.
  • Active Directory Knowledge: Knowledge on managing user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory environments.
  • SSL/ Website Certificate Management: Handle the installation and renewal of web certificates.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF AWS.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining application environments.
  • Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and reporting abilities.
