Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Application Support professional for our Singapore team. This role provides Level 2 support for the Application Security domain in Banking, focusing on critical applications like IAM, VTS, and TMS within the Digital Banking Platform.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical assistance to resolve complex application issues;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for improving application security and performance;
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles;
  • Participating in regular training and skill development activities to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Strong technical expertise in application security, including experience with IAM, VTS, and TMS;
