Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge in office administration?
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as an Office Receptionist working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, multitasking, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Respond to phone calls, direct visitors, and ensure a smooth workflow in the office
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with colleagues and clients
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A competitive salary range of SGD $2000 - $2500 per month
