About the Job

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge in office administration?

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as an Office Receptionist working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, multitasking, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, direct visitors, and ensure a smooth workflow in the office
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with colleagues and clients
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
