About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at Siemens PTE. LTD. in the ASEAN region. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategies and ensuring compliance with global, regional, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Policy Development: Develop and implement global, regional, and local compensation policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Benefits Administration: Design and administer benefits programs, including salary policies, incentive schemes, and other compensation-related initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Business Leaders, to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and other relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of developing and implementing compensation strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including salary policies, incentive schemes, and benefits administration.
