About The Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage certifications for biofuels and bioliquids, coordinate sustainability reporting, and support responsible sourcing strategies across our operations. This includes providing continuous support for RSPO Supply Chain Certification, ISCC, INS, and other voluntary sustainability schemes. Additionally, this position requires managing issuance of Sustainability Declarations, RSPO IT Announcements, and Trace documents, as well as overseeing monthly production reports for certified facilities in Malaysia and Indonesia. Collaboration with internal trading teams to manage RSPO, ISCC, INS, and traceable oil positions is also required. This role involves working closely with marketing and procurement teams to grow certified market capabilities, conducting feasibility studies on market demand, and advising certification approaches. Furthermore, this position supports implementation and compliance with our No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) Policy, delivers high-quality customer service on traceability and sustainability data, and contributes to the development and implementation of a traceability system for certified palm oil product flows.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science, or relevant work experience, is highly desirable. Ideally, candidates should possess 1-3 years' experience in agriculture, commodities, operations, or documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to coordinate tasks independently and in teams will be preferred. A proactive team player willing to travel when needed will be successful in this role.
