We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist who will work closely with our management team and be responsible for developing and executing sustainability-linked strategies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Keep track on with emerging sustainability trends, framework and standards
- Support developing and executing sustainability-linked strategy for the international market
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Planning & Marketing team) to leverage synergies for impactful & integrated ESG communications
- Collaborate with the businesses, for tracking and reporting on progress toward social sustainability targets.
- Track and review ESG ratings with major rating agencies to further enhance the Company’s corporate image and reputation. Develop strategies for improving ratings.
- Develop & implement company-wide sustainability awareness strategy on immersion, visibility, influence and impact with the aim to inspire, educate & engage employees on sustainability
- Conceptualize and organize webinars, events, initiatives, symposiums internally and externally

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sustainability/ Environment/ CSR/ Business Management or other relevant disciplines.
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in corporate sustainability strategy and/or execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and with external stakeholders
- Exceptional writing, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong research, analytical and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of sustainability and climate change issues
- Able to work in a diverse, multi-tasking environment with global teams
