Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and a proven track record of success in sustainability consulting.

The Sustainability Specialist will be responsible for managing Green Mark certification projects, conducting energy audits, and performing on-site inspections of building systems such as ACMV and lighting.

This role requires excellent project management, communication, and client liaison skills to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to prepare comprehensive sustainability reports featuring gap analyses and strategic recommendations to enhance building performance and demonstrate financial benefits.

In addition, the Sustainability Specialist will support business development activities and administrative tasks related to timely submission of Tender, RFP, and RFQ proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or green building certification
  • Proven ability to manage Green Mark certification projects
  • Strong project management, communication, and client liaison skills
