Sustainability Specialist Position

Are you passionate about fostering a culture of sustainability and helping students develop the skills to address complex global challenges?

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary collaborative core, you will be responsible for teaching, course planning, student engagement, and assessment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and facilitate courses on sustainability-related topics, using innovative pedagogies and technologies to engage students.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet university standards, incorporating best practices in educational design and delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting active participation and critical thinking among students.
  • Evaluate student progress, provide timely feedback, and support students in their academic and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records, update course materials, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless course administration.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, think critically, and lead by example.
