This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional operational and functional support to client banks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing client satisfaction, upholding the highest standards of efficiency, and promoting product quality.

About the Role:

The incumbent will be part of an exciting function dedicated to client service excellence. Key responsibilities include receiving, registering, classifying, and prioritizing clients' requests and questions; initial diagnosis and follow-through until resolution, ensuring communication and engagement of clients; coordinating actions between different support teams and stakeholders, both internal and external; contributing to process excellence and optimization, as well as knowledge management; hosting clients' meetings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional operational and functional support to client banks, with emphasis on maximizing client satisfaction, while striving to uphold the highest standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as the interface between clients and the Operations/Technical expert team.
  • Manage the client service tickets, ensuring client service excellence through the provision of technical expertise and solutions, in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues locally and abroad, sharing knowledge with new colleagues.
  • Constantly upgrade knowledge in key banking applications, including vision, objectives, and culture.
  • Participate in Azqore projects and initiatives relating to the function, engaging in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Proactively drive and implement process enhancements and improvements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance/IT.
  • At least 3 years' working experience with financial products (mainly Securities, FXMM & its derivatives) as well as market infrastructures, regulations, and operational risks related to trade processing and settlement.
  • Banking transactions and settlements processing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong grasp and knowledge of Banking IT tools.
  • Experience in Private Banking is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
