Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team at IDVACO PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategies to explore business opportunities and maximize sales prospects in the CCTV, Audio Video, and Videoconferencing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing customers to provide solutions or product information and strengthen customer allegiance and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales revenue targets and regional market shares.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the CCTV, Audio Video, or Videoconferencing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business development techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
