SDRs are also our talent pipeline for the sales organization. You'll have the desire and ability to progress in your career to more complex full-cycle sales roles.
Your Daily Responsibilities- Conduct sales development best practices using cold calling, email, voicemails, and social media with enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
- Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify accounts and create meeting opportunities with ideal personas.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to be an expert in the industries you support.
- Participate in weekly team training to continuously improve and upskill as an SDR.
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
