As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify, engage, qualify, and set up new business meetings with our ideal target audience. Sales Managers will manage, nurture, and close these meetings. Your role is crucial to our sales funnel, pipeline, and new business motion.

SDRs are also our talent pipeline for the sales organization. You'll have the desire and ability to progress in your career to more complex full-cycle sales roles.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales development best practices using cold calling, email, voicemails, and social media with enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify accounts and create meeting opportunities with ideal personas.
  • Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to be an expert in the industries you support.
  • Participate in weekly team training to continuously improve and upskill as an SDR.
