The Role:
This position involves overseeing daily retail operations, managing inventory, leading customer service initiatives, and supporting production and operational tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute store's day-to-day operations, including opening & closing, cashiering, inventory monitoring, and customer service
- Optimize store operations, improving workflow and productivity
- Manage and inspect exchanges & returns on a regular basis
- Support and coordinate photoshoots locally and/or overseas
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in retail, fashion, or operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership ability
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational functions effectively
