The Role:

This position involves overseeing daily retail operations, managing inventory, leading customer service initiatives, and supporting production and operational tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute store's day-to-day operations, including opening & closing, cashiering, inventory monitoring, and customer service
  • Optimize store operations, improving workflow and productivity
  • Manage and inspect exchanges & returns on a regular basis
  • Support and coordinate photoshoots locally and/or overseas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in retail, fashion, or operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership ability
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational functions effectively
