Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises for customers and partners.
  • Key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of cybersecurity products must be highlighted by the successful candidate.

In addition to these responsibilities, the selected individual will also:

  • Collaborate with channel partners to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Respond to RFI/RFPs with accurate and compelling technical content.
  • Support sales efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers/partners on assigned cybersecurity products or network performance solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners with solution knowledge and tools.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry standards (e.g. firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP, etc.) and networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with solution design, architecture frameworks, and integration best practices.

Desirable skills include:

  • Certifications in advanced cybersecurity or networking (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, CCIE)
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity or managed services industry.
