Job Title: Channel Sales Performance LeaderAbout this role

This is a critical leadership position that will drive revenue growth and margin improvement by optimizing product strategy, pricing, and sales channel performance.

  • Manage channel sales for upholstery and case goods products.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as Rate of Sales, Average Order Value (AOV), and attachment rates.
  • Bid to build and maintain a balanced product mix with complementary offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a product grid across price tiers (good, better, best).
  • Conduct competitive analysis and ensure outward-looking product positioning.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective product strategy and pricing.
  • Optimize sales channel performance to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Bid to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
