
Channel Sales Optimization Lead

This is a critical leadership position that will drive revenue growth and margin improvement by optimizing product strategy, pricing, and sales channel performance.
- Manage channel sales for upholstery and case goods products.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as Rate of Sales, Average Order Value (AOV), and attachment rates.
- Bid to build and maintain a balanced product mix with complementary offerings.
- Develop and maintain a product grid across price tiers (good, better, best).
- Conduct competitive analysis and ensure outward-looking product positioning.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Drive revenue growth through effective product strategy and pricing.
- Optimize sales channel performance to achieve maximum ROI.
- Bid to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
