We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Junior IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Provide basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, MS Office, and network connectivity issues
- Assist with password resets and other related tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
