Job Summary:

SAP HR Business Operations Consultant
  • We're seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Business Operations Consultant to join our organization and provide expertise in authorization, workflow, and operational support within our e-HR environment.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work across HR systems, security, and access controls, partnering with both business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting and Support
  • Provide consultancy and support for authorization requirements, access controls, and workflow enhancements.
  • Partner with business users, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve authorization/workflow issues.
  • Ensure compliance with SOD principles, least privilege, and need-to-know access models when implementing solutions.
Operational Support
  • Perform day-to-day operational support for authorizations, including ticket resolution, batch job monitoring, housekeeping, and transport activities across environments.
  • Conduct UAT for authorization and workflow changes, ensuring accuracy and smooth deployment into production systems.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of IT experience (SAP HCM ERP experience preferred).
  • Knowledge in: SAP HCM data design, security audit logs, and user provisioning. Authorization concepts including indirect role assignments.
  • SQL programming, MS Excel, and Office productivity tools.

Requirements Details:
