POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of the Revenue Management team at Marriott International, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing room inventory across the cluster. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting in the management of rooms inventory to maximize revenue and maintain accuracy of information.
  2. Enhancing automation efforts in the reservation system to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  3. Preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
  4. Managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate strategies to properties.
  5. Performing Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing, and providing forward-looking information for forecasting and targeting.

Key Accountabilities
• Generate, process, and update all property and market Revenue Management reports.
• Serve as the primary source of reporting and analytical needs for the Revenue Management team.
• Assist with system maintenance, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, and updating group forecasting.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
