We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Organisational Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our organisational culture and capacity for continuous transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organisational Development practice, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience. They will be a strategic thinker who can influence stakeholders at all levels, engage and collaborate with diverse teams, and demonstrate creativity in generating elegant solutions to complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organisational health diagnostics to identify systemic issues
  • Drive the design and implementation of employee engagement platforms
  • Design change strategies, develop narratives, lead and implement initiatives at board and team levels
  • Facilitate high-impact team interventions, addressing both visible and underlying group dynamics
  • Review effectiveness of interventions with recommendations for sustainable changes
