About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Development Manager to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support our growth ambitions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement initiatives and programmes that assess and develop employees, identify opportunities to enhance, and implement an integrated approach to talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement strategic plans to drive employee development and enhance organisational performance.
  2. Develop and deliver training programmes to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  3. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of improvement and recommend targeted interventions.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • DACE certification or equivalent learning and process facilitation certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Organisation Development, Workforce Development and/or Curriculum & Instructional Design.
  • Deep expertise in facilitating learning or culture change in organisations.
