Instructional Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Instructional Strategist to lead our efforts in enhancing teaching and learning practices across MDIS Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex learning projects and experience in facilitating both face-to-face and online sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of motivation to learn and acquire new knowledge. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to research, develop, and present evidence-based and innovative design solutions with the project team to stakeholders.

Your expertise in instructional design and adult education will enable you to conceptualize frameworks and methodologies, design evaluation instruments, gather and analyze data, and formulate decisions to improve the effectiveness of learning experiences and our Capability Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, develop, and present evidence-based and innovative design solutions with the project team to stakeholders
  • Conceptualize frameworks and methodologies, design evaluation instruments, gather and analyze data, and formulate decisions to improve the effectiveness of learning experiences and our Capability Development initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team by providing opportunities for professional development and encouraging knowledge sharing
  • Stay current on learning sciences, innovative teaching and learning practices in higher education (e.g., personalized learning, adaptive learning, e-assessment, hybrid learning, learning analytics, and Artificial Intelligence)
