Your responsibilities will include conceptualising strategies, formulating/reviewing operational processes, assisting in procurement, and overseeing the smooth running of vector control services/supplies contracts. You will also work closely with key stakeholders and NEA Regional Offices to implement and review operational programmes pertaining to vector control, perform data analysis, and prepare reports, proposals, or submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise strategies and formulate/review operational processes on vector control operations.
- Assist in procurement and oversee the smooth running of vector control services/supplies contracts.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and NEA Regional Offices to implement and review operational programmes.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports, proposals, or submissions.
- Prepare inspection reports and present findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant working experience in operations planning or contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to think strategically and apply analytical reasoning in operations management.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
