Job Title: Strategic Project Director

Overview

This role involves overseeing and implementing multiple IT projects with quality, within scope, and on time. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, completion) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage issues arising from integration of various components of the project, including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration, and data conversion.
  • Oversee project implementation regarding schedules, budget, manpower, and quality to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Resolve project overrun issues with senior management and negotiate with customers on change control mechanisms to meet schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.
