Job Title: Strategic Project Director

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished project director to spearhead creative initiatives and lead a team of designers in delivering high-quality visual output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Develop and execute creative briefs from intake to concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery according to best practice procedures.
  • Talent Management: Mentor and nurture designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and updates on projects, identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies or additional services.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end creative initiatives, guiding the creative/design team in conception, design, and execution of visual materials, maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field, preferably with advanced experience working in-house on corporate brands.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, with proven layout and design capabilities at an advanced level.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills, including analysis and resolution of challenges, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe CS and Adobe Acrobat, with general understanding of hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of investment banking compliance and policies would be an advantage.
