Job Title: Administrative Liaison

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Liaison. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments with senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support, including email management, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
