We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Operations Liaison and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve overseeing clinic operations, coordinating with internal teams, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support: Assist in overseeing clinics or projects operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, doctors, and clinic assistants to resolve operational matters.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and answering phone calls and correspondence.
- Time Management: Remind staff about important tasks, meetings, or deadlines and ensure schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Self-Driven Individual: We are looking for a self-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
- Organizational and Multitasking Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities is crucial.
- Qualifications: A diploma or above in any discipline is required, with experience in healthcare operations being advantageous.
- Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different sites and clinics, and occasionally work on weekends and public holidays.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Healthcare Industry: Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to Multitask: Strong multitasking skills are essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative Support: Proven experience in providing administrative support.
- Scheduling: Ability to schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
