We are seeking an experienced Assistant Presales Manager to join our team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering technical solutions and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
This role will involve working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and providing full presales assistance to close deals. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be responsible for conducting technical demonstrations and training customers on various technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical solutions and proposals to align with customer requirements.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase security features and benefits to potential customers.
- Train customers and internal teams on various technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide full presales assistance to close deals.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within AutoID or security industry.
- Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to AutoID or security systems.
- Programming experience in .Net Core, C# and Python.
- Experienced in providing product demos and conduct technical presentations for prospective clients.
