Sales Manager

Overview:
The incumbent will be based in Singapore but will need to travel to India as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales development, primarily responsible for liaising with clients in India
- Lead the projects undertaken by clients, from NPI (New Product Introduction) to MP (Mass Production), and meet client requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Lead negotiations with key clients and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team management
Job Requirement:
- Degree and above
- Possess experiences in the consumer electronics industry is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel overseas
- Proactive and self-motivated
