Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:

The incumbent will be based in Singapore but will need to travel to India as and when required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales development, primarily responsible for liaising with clients in India
  • Lead the projects undertaken by clients, from NPI (New Product Introduction) to MP (Mass Production), and meet client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team management

Job Requirement:

  • Degree and above
  • Possess experiences in the consumer electronics industry is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel overseas
  • Proactive and self-motivated
