We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer Lead to join our team at RGF Talent Solutions Singapore PTE. LTD.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales team in identifying sales opportunities and providing full presales assistance to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing technical solutions and proposals, and possessing strong problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Conducting technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase security features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Training customers and internal teams on various technologies and best practices.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and provide full presales assistance to close deals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the AutoID or security industry.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to AutoID or security systems.
  • Programming experience in .Net Core, C#, and Python.
  • Experience in providing product demos and conducting technical presentations for prospective clients.

This role requires frequent travel within ASEAN, HK, and India.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
