Job Title: Senior Propositions Leader

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Propositions Leader. This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of investment-linked and pension business propositions across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance customer-centric and financially sustainable propositions through collaboration with local business units and distribution partners.
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of investment-linked product propositions in line with group strategic directions and financial targets.
  • Lead strategy formulation and initiatives related to growth plans, new market entry, distribution strategy, and partnerships.
  • Communicate market insights by evaluating industry trends, conducting market research, and analyzing competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with local business units to develop quarterly business reviews and annual GULPB business strategy packs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Accountancy.
  • 10-15 years of related experience in financial services, preferably with insurance product development experience.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Good project management skills and ability to lead large and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
