Key to our success is a Legal Advisor who can navigate complex corporate and dispute-related legal matters with ease. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert in-house legal support and guidance to drive business growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic legal advice on international business protection and promotion strategies.
  • Develop and negotiate commercial agreements across various sectors.
  • Manage cross-border dispute resolution, involving external counsel when necessary.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on company operations, employment law, and intellectual property rights.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer licensed to practice in Singapore or another Common Law jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, with expertise in corporate and dispute-related legal matters.
  • Advantageous to have represented multinational companies.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication with international teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
