**Job Summary**:
**Senior Legal Counsel - Data Centres - APAC** An excellent opportunity to join an APAC focused Data Centre developer/operator. Whilst they are in a start up phase, they have acted extremely quickly with an existing site in Singapore and sites ready for development in Northern Asia. They require an experienced solicitor to be the first hire within their in-house legal team to join as Senior Legal Counsel. This person will need to posses a willingness to be hands on, with a positive attitude akin to working in a start up environment. The role will report into the CEO and if successful will have the option to build the team and work towards a General Counsel position. Whilst Data Centre or Telecom background would be favourable, a Real Estate Legal Counsel from a Developer would be considered.
