Senior Director, Asia Pacific Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Senior Director, Asia Pacific Sales. This is a critical role that will lead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region and drive business growth for SOPHiA GENETICS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asia Pacific region, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the life sciences or diagnostic industry.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market, including its dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to address them.
