About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As the Managing Director, APAC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the APAC region.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals and private labs, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any gaps or challenges.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to executive leaders, including the CEO and COO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales leader in the APAC region, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the life science, diagnostics, or medtech industry, with a focus on consultative sales.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
