We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in financial regulatory matters and be familiar with global cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 services.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial regulation, preferably in an APAC jurisdiction such as Hong Kong or Singapore. They should also have knowledge of commercial transactions and financial products including spot trading, copy trading, margins, derivatives, and options.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in licensing and regulatory matters for traditional financial institutions and cryptocurrency organizations.
- Knowledge of the latest policy and rules from standard-setting bodies such as IOSCO, European Union, and central banks.
- Regulatory experience including investigations, requests for information, sanctions work, AML compliance, and corporate governance.
