We are seeking a Employee Experience Partner to provide exceptional support to our employees throughout their journey with GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms, screening resumes and applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, conducting initial phone screenings, drafting and posting job advertisements, handling recruitment-related correspondence, assisting in employer branding activities, gathering feedback from hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you should possess 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excel in communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment platforms, have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

A knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) restrictions and regulations is advantageous.
