As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing public relations matters related to projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing public relation programs to meet project goals.
- Deal with and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public professionally.
- Provide advance notice to the public through approved publicity materials before construction commencement.
- Explain the impact of construction activities to residents and the public.
- Arrange meetings on public relation matters with the project team as needed.
- Provide periodic updates to the public on construction works.
- Prepare monthly reports on feedbacks and complaints.
- Perform site inspections, handle public concerns, and promote good relationships with the public.
- Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in a relevant discipline with 3 years' experience as a PRO in the construction industry.
- Experience in civil construction is an added advantage.
- Analytical and meticulous approach.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and long hours.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
