Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and people-centric PR Manager to be the face of our brand. The PR Manager will focus on building strong relationships with our guests, enhancing the guest happiness index, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's vibrant, fun-loving spirit. This is a highly interactive role requiring charisma, energy, and an authentic passion for engaging with people both inside and outside of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations & Experience
  • Be the brand ambassador and main point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel valued, welcomed, and engaged.
  • Monitor and improve the Guest Happiness Index through meaningful interactions, feedback collection, and follow-up initiatives.
  • Engage with guests during events, play games, and participate in social activities (including drinking with guests where appropriate) to enhance the overall guest experience.
Networking & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain a strong personal network of VIPs, influencers, partners, and regular patrons.
  • Leverage these relationships to boost the venue's reputation, increase guest loyalty, and create word-of-mouth buzz.
  • Represent the venue at external events, collaborations, and community initiatives.
Brand Representation
  • Embody and communicate the venue's brand values in every guest and media interaction.
  • Partner with the marketing team to promote events, campaigns, and activations both online and offline.
  • Manage press and influencer visits, ensuring a memorable brand experience.
Operational & Reporting
  • Track guest satisfaction metrics, loyalty data, and feedback, and share insights with management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, events) to align guest engagement strategies with business goals.
  • Assist in planning and hosting promotional activities that drive guest attendance and positive publicity.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in PR, hospitality, events, or guest relations.
  • Outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
  • Comfortable participating in social activities such as playing games and drinking with guests in a professional, responsible manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative, energetic, and confident in representing a brand in public.
