Job Title: Public Outreach Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Public Outreach Ambassador. As a face-to-face interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys in public buses and engaging with respondents to gather valuable insights.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with people and making a positive impact in their community. If you have excellent communication skills, a warm and approachable personality, and a strong command of English and another language, we want to hear from you

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face surveys in public buses, ensuring high response rates and quality data.
  • Communicate effectively with respondents, building trust and rapport to secure participation.
  • Utilize technology, such as tablets, to efficiently manage survey data and provide real-time feedback.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in English and an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, Malay), with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and technical skills, with experience using tablets or other mobile devices.
