Job Title: Call Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Centre Supervisor to join our team.

  • Supervise a team of 20-40 agents

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call centre supervision, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience. Min Diploma in any course is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
